Control Room

The Control Room is 12 X 15' finished in burgundy and black suede. It has a fully floating floor and a suspended acoustic ceiling, offering excellent isolation. Other acoustic treatments include ceiling and rear wall diffusion. The control room has a very flat and realistic frequency response. That means mixes translate very well. The gear racks behind the listening position double as a producer’s desk.

Live Room

The Live Room has a great sound that is simultaneously eclectic and classic. The name of the game is versatility. With a 10’ high ceiling and a wide variety of surfaces including exposed brick, hardwood, and absorption and diffusion panels. The room is an L shape around the control room measuring roughly 20’ X 30’. Foley pits for sound effects work are hidden beneath the floor.  (More Live Room Pictures)

Isolation (Vocal) Booth

The Isolation Booth is small but hardly cramped. There’s a small window for visual communication with the live room. The room wears chocolate brown on its walls and has a suspended ceiling and floating wood floor, for maximum isolation.

Machine Room

The machine room houses the noisy stuff like the computer, hard drives, microphones and our 2” analog tape machine. We also have a water cooler, microwave, and a small fridge for the cold stuff.
